HOW TO

"Starting at the base of your lashes, stroke upward from root to tip. Gently wiggle the wand back and forth across lashes to increash thickness. Complete one full eye before moving on to the next.

For maximum drama, generously coat your upper lashes using an upward stroke and wiggle motion. For the bottom lashes, aim the wand directly towards your lower lid and lightly brush the pointed tip against your lashes in a swift vertical motion."
